We are currently recruiting Customer Services Advisors
We are recruiting for Call Centre Customer Service Advisors for three separate positions to cover Days, Evening & Nightshift. As
a Call Centre Customer Service Advisor, you will deal with emergency calls, deploying engineers and carrying out basic administration
tasks. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build rapport quickly and sustain good working relationships.
Must have good planning, communication and customer service skills
Be able to work under pressure to achieve pre-determined deadlines

- Fixed Shifts. Hours 8am – 5pm, 4pm – 12am & 11pm – 8am
- Free Car parking facilities
Customer Service Experience with a strong and confident telephone manner
Minimum of 2-years’ experience
Good planning and communication skills
Excellent initiative with a proactive approach
Data Entry Experience, be accurate - attention to detail
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
A team player
English Grade C & above.
Maths Grade C & above.
IT Grade C & above.
Hourly rate of £8.00 per hour 30% uplift after 11pm.
Call & productivity bonus schemes.
